Private Labs launches "Dante", an MCP-powered multi-LLM chatbot for private markets intelligence and AI reporting

Dante connects securely to client documents and DataLabs’ structured database, unlocking conversational access to private-fund data and paving the way for fully automated AI reporting.

Cagliari, 15th December 2025 - Private Labs, the fintech company specialized in AI-powered data extraction and analytics for private markets, announces the launch of Dante, a new chatbot built on MCP (Model Context Protocol) and able to orchestrate multiple Large Language Models (LLMs).

Dante connects in a secure way to all the documents loaded by Private Labs’ clients - such as financial statements, capital calls and distributions, fund reports and capital account statements - as well as to the structured database created by DataLabs, the company’s flagship data-extraction solution.

Thanks to this architecture, Dante can be used both in a conversational and in a highly structured way:

  • to extract detailed information on private funds, such as realization details, waterfall structure, management-fee mechanics, and fund organization,
  • to produce more organized outputs, such as historical look-through exposure by sector or country,
  • or to comment on fund performance, based on the underlying DataLabs database.
